This private home (Remodeled Fall 2022) is a spectacular way to experience Crested Butte! It is a short walk out to ski to the Gold Link Lift and with a little adventure your heart a ski-in to the home from the lifts! Enjoy the surreal seclusion feeling of staying in the home while still being in a neighborhood close to the lifts! The open concept kitchen, dining and living room is equipped with high end appliances and accented with granite counter tops and mesquite wood floors! Enjoy a well-prepared meal at the dining room table that will comfortably seat six or in the breakfast nook that will seat twelve. There are four seats at the bar as well! This kitchen is equipped with a 26” Flat Screen HD TV with streaming abilities you can watch your favorite cooking show or the latest sporting event while preparing a meal! The main living room is surrounded with windows giving you the ultimate views from this home of the East Elk Mountain Range. Enjoy an evening of entertainment in front of the gas fireplace and 52” flat Screen TV with streaming abilities and Blue-Ray player. The game table is a great way to get the family together for the latest crazed board game or even putting together a great puzzle! The master bedroom has a king bed, 42” Flat Screen TV, and private bath with steam shower and separate tub with views of the many surrounding aspen trees. The master bedroom has a private balcony with envious views of Snodgrass Mountain and the East Elk Mountain Range! Upstairs on the 3rd floor are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, the first bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a king bed. Downstairs on the 1st floor is the Media Room and an over-sized laundry room, a Queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom and the 5th bedroom with King bed in the bedroom and 2 twin day beds in the sitting/living area, a private bathroom completes this suite room. This King Suite has a 36” Flat Screen HD TV with streaming abilities! The home has a large driveway allowing for up to 4 vehicles. Storage room for skis/snowboards and bikes is available in the garage. Private Outdoor Hot Tub, plus a Weber Grill! We do recommend a 4WD during the winter months for staying in this home.
